conceptvideo240ENThe daylight providing system that can be used for any type of sandwichpanel in a pitched roof, regardless of the profile type, isolation material or core size. The concept and composition are explained in the video alongside this text. First a rectangular opening will be cut out from the sandwichpanel. A translucent GRP or polycarbonate top sheet with the same profile will beealed on top of the sandwichpanel. Thick strings of sealant will be used for this process in order to create space for ventilation. The top sheet will be equipped with ventilationholes with caps. Humid air will be drained off through the ventilation holes before it gets the chance to start condensing. The isolating bottom sheet consists of a smott, multiwall, polycarbonate sheet with channels with a plastic chair profile frame along the sides. The pre assembled bottom sheet will be be mounted on the rectangular opening in the sandwichpanel from underneath.
